Here's a #ThrowbackThursday #TBT to my Kung-Fu days! Here in my Ottawa office visitors and staff always ask what this is...I thought it would be a great time to show that I've still got it (and to show my West Kelowna Warriors Junior 'A' Hockey Club pride in Parliament!)
