Are the Liberals taking Democratic Reform seriously?

Democracy in this great country belongs to the people and not to the Liberals. I employ this Liberal Government to stop treating democratic reform like a circus sideshow, and give Canadians the voice they deserve with a true democratic referendum guided by proper process.
